IEM has designed effective training programs that:
• give participants an understanding of operational activities that have the potential to impact the health, environment and safety; and
• show participants how to minimize these impacts through effective management.

HSE awareness is an emerging issue—organizations are beginning to realize such awareness is necessary to achieve their environmental and operational goals.

Chemical safety Awareness Training

The Allegiance Healthcare Company manufacturing facility in Rayong (Thailand) is engaged in the manufacturing of latex surgical gloves as well as their assembling, packaging, and shipping. No sterilization process takes place at the facility. The facility works on a 24 hour per day basis with day and night shifts.
